RPM Business Advisors utilizes only time-tested and highly reliable assessment tools.  Our reports are developed for the business community and the results you receive are business related.  You won’t find any “psychobabble” in our reports to confuse your hiring decision.  Our assessments are user friendly and the results are immediate

The variety of assessments we use can be applied to all levels of the organization from entry-level to the executive level.  Our fees for our assessment tools range accordingly.  All are taken on-line and most take only ten minutes each although combinations of assessments may take up to one hour. 

The result is an easy to read report of how and why a person does what they do and how they fit into not only the position but the organization as well.  You will receive the equivalent of an operator’s manual for that person; yes much like one for your DVD player.  What this allows the hiring manager to do is get this person up to maximum productivity with a minimum investment of time. 

 For developmental purposes we can assess the job and what is required behaviorally, motivationally, emotionally and then applied to soft skills required for the job.  We can then match the person to the job through scientifically developed interview questions and then assess for a match.  For imperfect matches a personal development program is developed for the individual for superior performance.  This process can be utilized for succession planning as well.
